Fabric Preparation

With 20+ years of experience, our pattern and development team helps turn your designs into accurate, production-ready styles. By improving pattern precision and workflow efficiency, we reduce unnecessary fabric waste and support consistent manufacturing.

Fabric Pre-Shrinking

For applicable materials, we pre-shrink fabrics about 24 hours before cutting to help improve stability and fit consistency.

Fabric Cutting

Precision cutting and careful marker planning help reduce material waste and keep production moving efficiently.

Logo Printing

A well-placed logo helps strengthen brand recognition and makes your collection look more consistent. Our Company supports multiple logo application options for activewear, including embroidery, heat transfer prints, silicone/TPU logos, and more—so you can match the right look and durability to your product.

Sewing

We use well-maintained, up-to-date sewing equipment to support clean stitching and stable seam strength for wholesale workout apparel. Consistent stitch settings and careful workmanship help reduce the risk of seam damage and tearing during wear.

Our experienced operators follow clear sewing standards to keep construction consistent from piece to piece.

Thread Trimming

To achieve a clean finish and better durability, our team trims loose threads and tidies fabric edges using precise cutting tools. After checking cut panels for loose ends and overall readiness, the pieces move into assembly and sewing to complete the garment.

Ironing

After sewing is complete, garments go through a finishing press to create a smooth, presentable appearance. Using industrial-grade pressing equipment, we remove creases from production and help the final product look neat and consistent.

Inspection & Packaging

Before packing, our QC team checks each garment for stitching, overall appearance, and finishing/pressing to confirm it meets our quality standards.
Approved items are then packed securely, with desiccant added when needed to help protect products during storage and transit.
