Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer based in Xiling District, Yichang City, Hubei Province, specializing in workout and yoga apparel. Our product range includes yoga bras, yoga pants/leggings, yoga shorts, tank tops, jackets, hoodies, jogging pants, and more. We focus on consistent workmanship and reliable quality for bulk orders.
Q: What is your sample policy and lead time?
A: If an available sample exists, we can provide it free of charge—you only cover the shipping cost.
For new custom samples, the sampling fee is refundable/creditable and can be returned or deducted in your bulk order after confirmation. Sample making usually takes around one week once all details are confirmed.
Q: What is your IPR (Intellectual Property) policy?
A: We take customer IP protection seriously. We help protect your designs, logos, artwork, tooling, and samples, and we keep project information confidential.
Products
Q: What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our MOQ is typically 100 pcs per design per color, and you can mix 3–4 sizes.
MOQ may vary by design and fabric. Some styles require 200 pcs per design per color to start (for example, certain sports bras or yoga shorts).
Q: What do you need to make a custom sample?
A: You can send your design artwork/tech pack and specific fabric requirements. If you don’t have a tech pack, you can also share clear product photos plus your key requirements, and we can develop samples based on that.
Customization
Q: Are the prices you offer for finished garments?
A: Yes. Our pricing is for a finished garment, packed in a biodegradable bag.
Custom accessories and special packaging (e.g., hang tags, custom polybags, cartons, etc.) are quoted separately.
Q: Can I add my logo to the products?
A: Yes. We can apply logos through options such as heat transfer, silk-screen printing, silicone/gel logos, and other methods depending on your design. Please send your logo file in advance. We can also customize hang tags, polybags, cartons, and additional packaging items.
Service
Q: How do you ensure product quality?
A: We understand quality affects your margins and customer experience. That’s why we run quality checks across key stages—covering raw materials, workmanship, finished goods, and packaging—to help reduce avoidable issues and unnecessary extra costs.
Q: Do you provide custom-made service?
A: Yes. We provide custom-made service. OEM and ODM orders are welcome.
Q: If we find some items are unqualified, how do you handle it?
A: Please contact our sales team and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case and, if needed, request the items be returned for checking to identify the cause. Depending on the situation, we can redo affected items or apply an appropriate deduction/credit in the next order.
Payment
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, and Trade Assurance. PayPal is available for sample orders only.
Shipping
Q: How do you handle delivery?
A: For small packages, we usually recommend express shipping such as DHL/UPS/FedEx. For bulk orders, sea freight is often the more cost-effective option when timing is not urgent.
Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: Shipping cost depends on the shipping method and final shipment weight/volume. Contact our international sales team with your styles and quantities, and we will provide a reference shipping quote.
Q: What’s the production lead time?
A: Sampling typically takes 5–7 working days, and bulk production usually takes 20–25 working days, depending on style complexity and order quantity.
